We work with people who want to achieve explicit social goals. We help them to make their organisations more effective, efficient and equitable, to build partnerships with other organisations and to listen and respond to their communities.

They may be interested in managing change in their organisations, developing leadership and management practice, responding to policy directives, communicating and consulting with their communities or researching and testing new ideas. We are not there to do people's jobs for them but to equip them with the tools and skills they need to perform with confidence and excellence.

We work with organisations in local and central government, health and social care, the police and community safety, education, the media, the voluntary sector, research, regulation and commerce, all of whom have a major feature in common: they all share a commitment to improving the well-being of the communities they serve, to improved social results.
