- training sessions for managers on coaching and mentoring skills
- coaching supervision sessions to quality assure coaches and ensure coaching and mentoring connects to wider organisational goals. You can join our open sessions or we can come to you.
- Help to establish coaching cultures within organisations, including tailored progress reviews, problem diagnosis and practical recommendations.
