Coaching training
Thirteen councils in the West Midlands have formed a coaching consortium, and OPM is providing training.
Coaching offers space for reflection, critical challenge and a sounding board.
Delivered well, it improves individual and organisational performance by helping managers to develop new skills, clarify their goals and solve problems.
OPM offers:
- individual coaching with one of our qualified and highly experienced coaches
- training in coaching and mentoring, including the ILM-accredited certificate.
Our coaching sessions are run by accredited coaches.
