This short leaflet was produced for the Kingston upon Thames new school competition but applies generally. It briefly outlines the process and requirements, and gives contacts and further sources of information.

This paper shows how the current policy drivers and innovations within bus services align with the aims of personalisation. No single innovation meets all of the requirements of personalisation, but this may not be necessary. More important will be that service innovations are designed with the principles set out in the paper in mind, and that the set of innovations implemented in any one area adds up to a fully personalised service.

Whilst the term ‘personalisation’ is not in common use in library and information services, the work that libraries have undertaken to ensure their services are socially inclusive demonstrates how library and information services (LIS) can be personalised.

Tackling exclusion, isolation and inequalities are all central to building sustainable communities that are cohesive, integrated and resilient to violent extremism. We have worked extensively in this area, for example with the Home Office, Communities and Local Government, DCSF, Government Offices, the Homes and Communities Agency and many local authorities, helping them find ways to create more cohesive communities.

A report short article by Annie Hedges which discusses exploring research led by young people conducted by OPM last year. Following the research, a report, Creative Influence: Research led by young people, was lauched at a national conference in London. The conference brought together over 80 professionals working in the public and voluntary sector to promote the role of young people in research.
